" As the grateful recipient of last year's Mother's Day Makeover, I can personally attest to the powerful, positive difference this gift -- these gifts!--have made in my life. I can't believe it's been nearly a year already.

Even now, seeing my husband's, daughter's, and students' interviews and hearing their kind words and good wishes still bring tears (happy ones!) to my eyes.

And even if we don't think of ourselves as "girly-girls" or particularly materialistic, it's remarkable what some good personal advice, a little makeup, a new dress, and a different hairstyle can do for us. :-) I would never dared to have my hair cut in layers . . . but I do now!
